Successful presentation of Slovakia’s nomination video of 2011 Ice Hockey World Championship.

First time in IIHF history has been candidature to host world championship some of countries promoted by highest state authority. President Ivan Gasparovic demonstrated that he like sport and his personal attendance at congress contribute to unambiguous success slovak hockey diplomacy in joust of hosting ice hockey world championship in 2011.
Slovak candidature was at IIHF congress yesteryear in Latvian Riga marked as best presentation in history and it’s unchanged after championship in Moscow.
